Pilates, Yoga, FUNctional and GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® method Instructor
Wainani was born, raised and resides in Hawai`i and is a graduate from the Kamehameha Schools. She attended Chapman University and holds a BFA in Dance Teaching & Performance along with a minor degree in Sociology. From a young age, she lived and breathed Hula, which planted the seed for her growth in all forms of dance and mind-body movement modalities. Wainani has had the opportunity to perform professionally throughout Hawai`i, the United States, Europe, and Asia. She is passionate about her work as a movement educator, choreographer and performer and is a co-founding member of Volary Aerial Company.
Wainani is a Faculty member for Balanced Body with her original training through BASI Pilates. Her certifications include - Yoga, RYT 500, Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® method trainer (GYROTONIC® method Level 1 Pre Trainer, GYROKINESIS® method Level 1 Pre Trainer, GYROTONIC® method Level 2 and all Specialized Equipment). Wainani believes strongly that when we are well in our bodies, healthy in our minds and are strong in our spirit… we can live life to it's fullest!
Pilates and GYROTONIC® method Instructor
Patricia v S Aurely was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil where she grew up dancing ballet, horseback riding, playing tennis and participating in sports with her family. Patricia moved to Hawaii twenty years ago when she fell in love with the islands.
Patricia is certified as a Pilates instructor by Balanced Body and is a GYROTONIC® method Level 1 instructor. She is committed to and passionate about her work as an instructor. The amazing feeling and benefits that come with these healing modalities is what inspires her to share that feeling with her students. Patricia believes that mind and body are balanced through movement and happiness. When not teaching, she is inspired to be outdoors kayaking, hiking and biking.
Patricia teaches Pilates Essentials group classes, Reformer & Pilates Tower Equipment classes and private sessions at Wainani Wellness Center.

Audrey Hayashi was born and raised in Hawai`i and is a graduate of Punahou School. Her certifications include - Pilates and GYROTONIC® method Level 1 instructor (including the Archway and Gyrotoner®).
Audrey teaches Reformer and GYROTONIC® method Equipment classes as well as private sessions at Wainani Wellness Center.
Pilates & Fitness Instructor
Noelle was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i. She left the islands to pursue her love
of dance. She has performed around the world, from Asia to the Mediterranean, and
across the United States. Noelle received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology at
the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She received her certification in the Pilates
Method from Gracie Martinez at The Pilates Studio Las Vegas. She is also certified
Barre instructor and Lagree Fitness certified Megaformer instructor. Noelle is ecstatic
about returning home to the islands to share her love of Pilates and fitness.
Pilates and GYROKINESIS® method Instructor
Pauline teaches dance, GYROKINESIS® method, and pilates/core based movement, but considers herself a lifelong student when dealing with the intricacies of movement. She is an advocate of “process” and likes to peel through the layers of the internal landscape in order to arrive at a deeper understanding and appreciation of the movement potential we all possess.

Sheila Zapanta’s fitness exposure comes from having a mother, who is a prominent Fitness Professional for 40 years in her hometown. Sheila is a Fully Certified instructor under the STOTT PILATES method, for all Pilates equipment (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels), and has a special certification for clients with Injuries and Special Populations. She has over 10 years of experience and has worked with a variety of clients. Having experienced her own struggles with injuries, scoliosis and sciatic pain, inspired her to seek solutions. This lead her to develop teaching techniques infused with her love for Pilates that would help relieve and prevent her personal physical pain.
Sheila teaches Pilates Essentials 2 (level 2 mat class), Reformer Equipment classes and private Pilates sessions at Wainani Wellness Center.
Kumu Hula (Hula classes are held on the 2nd & 4th Thursday's of each month)
Born and raised on the Garden Island of Kauai, Puamohala began her journey through hula at age 5. She first studied under the tutelage of renowned Kumu Hula Joseph Kahaulelio, Ku’ulei Punua, and Ed Collier. Puamohala would uniki under the direction of Kumu Hula Roselle Bailey of Halau Kahiko Halapa’i Hula Alapa’i in Kaumakani, Kaua’i.
In 1985, Puamohala began performing with Kauai’s own Na Kaholokula as the featured soloist in their dinner show at the Sheraton Coconut Beach Hotel. She would remain the featured dancer for the group for the next 20 years, establishing her as one of the most renowed hula stylists from the island. Puamohala simultaneously started Halau Mohala O Ka Pua Hau Hele in Kapa’a, Kauai.
She is a former lecturer at Kauai Community College in Hula and Chant, board member of Ka Imi Naauao O Hawaii Nei, an artisan with E Ala E Hawaiian Cultural Community Events, and reigned as the 2017 Lei Queen for the City and County of Honolulu.
