Sacred Seasons:
A Wāhine Wellness Forum
Presented by Wainani Wellness Center
Understanding the Shifts, Strength, and Wisdom of Womanhood
Sunday September 27, 2026
12p-3p
Kaimana Beach Hotel - Kaimana Ballroom
A woman’s body is designed to change.
From pregnancy and postpartum to perimenopause and menopause, each season brings new challenges, new questions, and new opportunities to better understand and support our health. Yet many women find themselves navigating these transitions without clear guidance—feeling dismissed, confused, or wondering if what they’re experiencing is simply something they have to accept.
Sacred Seasons is an intimate, expert-led women’s wellness forum created to help wāhine better understand their bodies, navigate transitions with confidence, and connect with a community of women walking similar paths. While each season may look different, the systems that support us remain deeply interconnected—from hormones and pelvic floor health to strength, sleep, mood, cognition, sexual health, energy, and overall quality of life.
Join us for an engaging and honest conversation with local experts:
Dr. Diana Kumar
OB/GYN specializing in Women’s Health & Menopause Treatment
Dr. Leah Karp

Wainani Arnold

Together, we’ll explore:
