GYROTONIC® Pre-Training Course

In this course students learn and teach the progressive program of Gyrotonic Level 1 on the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower Combination Unit. Pre-Training is is a 30-hr course and is the first part of the four sequential courses in the Gyrotonic Level 1 (188-hr) journey. It takes approximately 1 year to complete the full program and to become a fully qualified Gyrotonic Trainer. For full program details, click here.

• Dates: January 23, 24, 25 & 30, 31, February 1, 2026

  • 6 days, 30 hours

• Times:

  • Each day - 12-7p

    • a 2-hour break is given every day at the 3rd hour

• Fees:

Total Fee: $1,350 (breakdown below)

• Today's Payment:$1,088 + Tax

• Balance: Please bring a check for $262.00 on the first day of the course written to GYRO ENTERPRISE. This is sent directly to GYROTONIC Headquarters - Royalty Fee.

(*The fee includes the course fee + studio fee. The studio fee of $300 is non-refundable if your choose to withdraw from the course)

To get the most out of your GYROTONIC® method Teacher Training experience, it is required that you enroll in at least 10 GYROTONIC® method one-on-one sessions or group classes. It is highly recommended that you continue sessions/classes until you complete your final test out.

If you have no GYRTOTONIC® experience, you will be required to participate in a 3 day Pre-Training Prep Course prior to the Pre-training course.
